As a final step in qualifying as a Team Leader for Sea Marshal duties, they completed our Team Leader course and training at N Force Maritime Services. The team leader course was successfully conducted by N Force Maritime Services on 19th May 2021. After completing his training as a team member, the sea marshal will move on to the next steps as he gains experience in the field of maritime defense. The team leader course gives them all the knowledge and training they need to empower their colleagues. They are guided by our experienced experts in the field. We wish a bright future to all the team leaders who have successfully completed our course and training!
