N-Force Maritime is expanding! Due to the growing number of vessel protection deployments, the management has decided to expand its operations. N-Force HR our own arm to cater Human Resource needs for the Private Maritime Security Industry was initiated.

N-Force HR is an organization providing Human Resource recruitment, training and payroll services to Private Maritime Security Industry. N-Force HR is the Human Resource arm of N-Force Maritime Services (PVT) LTD, a leading Ship Agency based in Sri Lanka. N-Force HR has been immensely successful in creating a global network of highly adept intelligent Sea Marshals that helps PMSCs achieve their HR needs. Keeping pace with operations and being on the look out for the extremely talented individuals has become ever more challenging. Here is where N-Force HR comes into play to bring the best suited Sea Marshals to your Organization.

All of our resources are multifaceted and come with years of commended performance. Penetration rate of our clients is 0%, Since the time of inception until now none of vessels guarded through N-Force HR personnel have been boarded forcefully. We appreciate the experience that our Sea Marshals bring from various clients and we like to leverage it for the mutual benefit of both clients and Sea Marshals. We are a pioneer in Fishing Vessel Protection due to our innovative spirit. The enterprise is the vision of Rear Admiral Noel Kalubowila, who is a famous war veteran of the Sri Lanka Navy with 34 years of experience. For his active involvement during the war; he was awarded the gallantry medals of Rana Wickrama Padakkama 4 times and Rana Sura Padakkama twice. Further, he is also a recipient of Uttama Seva Padakkama for his unblemished record of service in the Sri Lanka Navy.

As the first step, potential recruits were gathered and briefed on compliance requirements. We wish all the very best to all future N-Forcers who are going through the rigorous vetting process.
